1. Subscription Refunds

Since WanLaJi provides immediate access to digital features, we generally do not offer refunds for completed billing cycles, unless required by law.

2. Exceptional Cases

If you were double-charged due to an error, or wish to cancel within 24 hours of a renewal without using any features, please contact our support team.

3. Digital Goods (Spirit Stones)

Virtual consumables like Spirit Stones are non-refundable and non-transferable once purchased or earned. Used Spirit Stones cannot be returned.
